Mail-in repairs: four steps, door to door.

No account, no forms, no fuss - most mail-in repairs are diagnosed the day they arrive.

1 · Tell us what is wrong

Call, email or submit a ticket describing the fault. We confirm it is something we can look at and tell you what to expect.

2 · Pack it & post it

Wrap your device well, pop a note inside with your name and contact details, and post it to our Shepton Mallet workshop.

3 · Free diagnosis & quote

We inspect it the day it arrives where possible and send you a clear quote. Nothing happens without your go-ahead.

4 · Fixed & posted back

Approve the quote and we repair, test and post your device back - tracked, insured, and covered by our repair warranty.
