Mitch started Emmitech in 2024 after seeing customers passed between call centres, faced with confusing contracts and left unsure what they were paying for.
He wanted support to feel personal: someone who knows your setup, explains the options and tells you the cost. Today, the Shepton Mallet team supports customers across the South West.
Away from work, Mitch spends time with his family and tinkers with his home lab. Technology is a personal interest as well as a business.
